  • We try to display product colors, sizes, and details as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or manufacturing.
  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product without notice.
  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders and Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide (name, address, payment details) is accurate and complete.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order, you will be refunded in full.
  • Payment may be made via Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, Bank transfer, credit/debit card. We do not store your full payment card details.
  • Sale of goods through this website is governed, where applicable, by the Sale of Goods Act, 1930.

5. Shipping

  • Shipping times is 3 to 5 days and may vary by city/region within Pakistan.
  • Shipping is free within Pakistan
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping/courier company.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or events outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of that policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, images, product photos, text, and designs, is the property of Odeebah or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Ordinance, 1962 and the Trade Marks Ordinance, 2001. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
